Rising Leaders Initiative career development program

USBLN (US Business Leadership Network) unites business around disability inclusion in the workplace. USBLN is taking applications now for its Rising Leaders Initiative, a career development program for students and recent graduates with disabilities. Rising Leaders Initiative includes a six-month mentoring program and a two-day leadership academy.
The Mentoring Program is a career mentoring opportunity for college students and recent graduates, including veterans, with disabilities. Meet with corporate leaders twice a month, attend monthly webinars, and benefit from a network of business connections. Approximately 85% of Rising Leaders have been employed since the program’s inception.
The Leadership Academy is an intensive two-day networking and career development opportunity that takes place during the USBLN Annual Conference in Las Vegas. Seventeen job offers were extended to USBLN Rising Leaders by the end of the Conference in 2017.
