COVID flexibilities unwinding guidance document

The COVID-19 pandemic was declared a statewide public health emergency by Governor Eric Holcomb on March 6, 2020. In response to the public health emergency, several policy changes were temporarily put into place.

While some flexibilities were approved though the Appendix K process, others were temporarily approved through Executive Orders and The Indiana Health Coverage Programs. The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services has developed a guidance document, available here, to assist case managers, providers, individuals and families determine which flexibilities are in still in effect and when they are expected to expire.
