Home-and Community-Based Services Rate Review webinar
The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services has engaged Milliman to review BDDS’ Home-and Community-Based Services rates and to develop a rate methodology and supporting rates. The project is expected to culminate in the submission of waiver amendments.
Balanced input from the full range of stakeholders is critical to this process. BDDS, in partnership with Milliman, will be conducting a survey with BDDS HCBS providers that have delivered an in-scope service in the past year. The information gleaned from this survey is critical to this process and providers are encouraged to participate. The survey will close on Nov. 16, 2022.
A designated contact for each HCBS provider will receive an email containing a link to access the survey. The password will be delivered in a separate email.
There are a number of technical assistance tools available to support providers in this process including:
- Survey instructions
- Pop ups within the survey for more information, instructions, and/or examples
- Recorded training
- FAQ
Additionally, a Rate Review Survey webinar will take place on Friday, Nov. 4, 2022, from 1 – 2 p.m. EDT, in partnership with INARF. Please register in advance at by clicking here. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the webinar.
