The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services is committed to supporting our provider network in working toward a true person-centered system which includes ensuring that those who support individuals honor individual rights.
As part of that commitment, BDDS hosted three identical web-based trainings focused on access to personal resources under the Home-and Community-Based Services Settings Rule.
Participants learned about:
- The HCBS Settings Rule
- The role of the representative payee
- Supporting access to personal resources
- Financial capability
