BDDS Portal 2.0 will go-live on Nov. 21, 2022 – BDDS and Aging provider systems unavailable at certain times
As part of the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services ongoing commitment to modernizing its IT systems, BDDS is pleased to announce the BDDS Portal 2.0 will go-live on Nov. 21, 2022. As previously shared, it will continue to be updated over time through ongoing, planned releases.
In preparation for the coming release, the following systems will be unavailable to BDDS and Division of Aging waiver providers and staff during the times listed:
- The current version of the BDDS Portal beginning at 8 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, to allow for data migration.
- INsite for CMOs beginning at 8 p.m. EST on Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022.
- INsite for BDDS Staff beginning at noon EST on Wednesday, Nov. 16, 2022.
- DART and DART IR beginning at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022.
- DDRS Provider Web Tools and subsystems (i.e. LOCSI, Document Library, Budget Requests, Consumer search, etc.) beginning at 7 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022. (Note: This does not include IFUR.)
- The BDDS Gateway will be down 7 – 11 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, and again at 4 p.m. EST on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022.
- IFUR beginning at 4 p.m. EST on Sunday, Nov. 20, 2022.
Please note that incident report processing will not occur between 7 p.m. EST on Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, and 8 a.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022.
All systems will be available at 8 a.m. EST on Monday, Nov. 21, 2022. Once the system is live, all system issues must be reported by submitting a Jira ticket by clicking here
