The Division of Disability and Rehabilitative Services (DDRS) wants to hear from you! DDRS is asking stakeholders to share their thoughts on the Community Integration and Habilitation waiver and the Family Supports waiver. Speak out about service capacity, experiences, and access to services on each waiver.
To share your thoughts, you can complete a brief, 15-minute survey. Your responses are anonymous, and your answers will be used to improve and enhance services and supports offered by the Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services.
