HCBS Enhanced FMAP Spending Plan updateThank you for your valuable feedback on our Home- and Community-Based Services Enhanced Federal Medicaid Assistance Percentages Spending Plan. We want to keep you posted on our current status. As you may recall, after providing you with an advance copy of the plan and following our integration of your feedback, we submitted the plan to the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on July 9, 2021. FSSA is currently awaiting CMS feedback and, once received, we will share opportunities for continued collaboration as we work to implement the plan.
