The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services and the Bureau of Quality Improvement Services are committed to working collaboratively with case managers and providers. We are pleased to announce that the Bureau of Quality Improvement Services hosting a web-based training for waiver service providers and case managers on the roles and expectations in completing a comprehensive risk assessment and the development of risk mitigation plans.
The training will take place on June 30, 2021, from 1 -2:30 p.m. EDT and can be accessed by clicking here. There will be a time for questions and answers as time allows. For those unable to attend, a recording will be posted to the BQIS webpage for future reference.
During the webinar, we will provide a mechanism for participants to confirm their participation for purposes of receiving a Certificate of Attendance that will include the title, date and electronic signature. We cannot accommodate special requests for certificates of attendance.
