Teamwork recording and materials available
The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services is committed to supporting our provider network in working toward a true person-centered system which empowers an individual to direct their services to the greatest extent possible. Support teams should work collaboratively to implement the individual’s vision of a good life
As part of that commitment, BDDS hosted three identical web-based trainings focused on effective teamwork. Participants learned about:
- Working as a team
- Group dynamics
- Effective communication
- Conflict resolution
