Waiver provider survey (excluding case management)
The Bureau of Developmental Disabilities Services’ mission is “To connect people with disabilities and their families to resources and supports to live their best life.” To provide individuals and families the option of applying for BDDS services through an online platform, the BDDS Gateway was launched on Feb. 1, 2021. To further this mission, BDDS is enhancing the provider’s experience in the BDDS Portal. The BDDS Portal 2.0 is targeted for release by the end of the year.
To assess how waiver providers currently supply, obtain and utilize information in partnership with BDDS, a survey has been created for providers to offer input. The survey will establish a baseline understanding of the current provider experience and help inform potential system improvements.
